Our aim at Oracle is to create tailored recovery and support pathways, for families and community in the Bay & Basin region of the Shoalhaven area, to begin to live a life free of Domestic, Family, or Sexual Violence, substance addiction, homelessness, isolation, disconnection, and exclusion.
Oracle recognises and acknowledges the un-met need in community for human connection and support, with a focus on trauma prevention and recovery, while supporting our communities’ most vulnerable, and mitigating the risks associated with what drives these factors.
Oracle provides a therapeutic and healing space that allows community to be seen and heard in a safe and supportive framework, while also delivering realistic and collaborative, self-care strategies and tools in consultation with families, their needs and priorities.
With healing workshops, referral pathways, behavioural change programs, counselling services and supported play/parent groups, Oracle can provide a wrap-around support service.
Through collaboration, partnerships and expertise in facilitating change, and strengthening family and community, Oracle can step in to support community, at a point where intensive case management is no longer applicable or needed.
Oracle are committed to remaining true to our values, culture and purpose, by applying a person centred, culturally safe, trauma informed approach, to achieve sustainable and realistic outcomes.
‘Trauma Prevention & Recovery’ is our culture in action.
Join us in our mission to support families in need, and increase community well-being, safety and security.
Please note: We are not a crisis support service, and staff may not always be at the office as we can sometimes be off site, working in community.
Pre arranged appointments with our staff are advised.
If office is unattended please call or email for information.
